SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Dr. Glowed ships from the United Arab Emirates to the UAE, GCC, and selected international destinations.

UAE DELIVERY

• Free delivery on all UAE orders

• Delivery time: 1–2 working days

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the next working day

• All UAE orders include 5% VAT in the displayed price.

• No additional taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery.

 

GCC DELIVERY (SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT, QATAR, OMAN, BAHRAIN)

• Free delivery on orders above AED 350 (USD 95)

• Orders below AED 350: shipping calculated at checkout

• Delivery time: 3–5 working days, subject to customs clearance

• GCC orders' prices are inclusive of customs duties and import taxes clearance.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• Free delivery on orders above AED 450 (USD 122)

• Orders below AED 450: shipping calculated at checkout

• International orders are shipped via DHL

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days, subject to customs clearance

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country.

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

• Dr. Glowed does not collect international duties or taxes at checkout and cannot predict these charges.
