The questions everyone asks us
Is this the same as the salmon DNA injections?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. A clinic puts PDRN under the skin with a needle. This goes on top of it, every day, for four or eight weeks. Same ingredient family, completely different route, and it is worth being clear about that before you buy.
What is PDRN, in plain words?
A molecule taken from salmon DNA. Aesthetic medicine has used it for around twenty years, which is why it is not a new ingredient, only a new format. Until recently the only way to get it was in a clinic.
How does it get past the skin if it is not injected?
PDRN is a large molecule, so on its own it is not built to cross the barrier. Alongside it in the same formula there are 5,000 ppm of Centella vesicles, formulated to help the actives pass. We say formulated to help the passage, not that the PDRN reaches the dermis, because that second claim is not something a serum can honestly make.
What are the three options?
A four-week programme and a eight-week programme, both one-time purchases with nothing repeating. Or the subscription, which is the eight-week programme on repeat delivered every eight weeks, and the only one that includes the ROLLER free.
Why does the subscription include the ROLLER?
Because it is the part of the routine most people are curious about and never get round to buying, and it makes the serum go further. It arrives in your first delivery and it stays yours whatever you decide afterwards.
How long before I see something?
Comfort changes first, usually inside the first two weeks: less tightness by the afternoon. Texture and tone are a four-week story, which is exactly why the shortest programme is four weeks.
Why is my skin worse here than it was at home?
Nine months of air conditioning pull water out of your skin all day, and the sun strips the ceramides your barrier is built from. It is not something you are doing wrong, it is where you live. STARDUST carries ceramides with cholesterol, and LUNAR seals the routine with the four Centella acids, shea butter and panthenol.
Can I use it on sensitive or reactive skin?
Yes, and that is what it was built for. No fragrance, no alcohol, no essential oils, no acids and no retinoids. If your skin is currently reacting to something else, start with the cream alone for a few days.
Why does it cost more than the Korean serums I find everywhere?
Two reasons. The concentration of PDRN and the exosome complex are at the level Korean clinics use after procedures, not the level of a mass market serum. And the format is sealed ampoules rather than one bottle oxidising on your shelf for three months.
Do I need the roller?
No. The programme works on its own, applied morning and evening. The roller is a once or twice a week extra, and since it comes free with the subscription you can decide for yourself without paying to find out.
How do I pay, and where do you ship?
