Shipping Policy

Delivery Services

• Next-Day Delivery (B2C, All Over UAE):
  Orders up to 10 kg (including Cash on Delivery fees) will be delivered the next day at a charge of AED 15.
• Same-Day Delivery (B2C, All Over UAE):
  Orders up to 10 kg (including Cash on Delivery fees) will be delivered the same day at a charge of AED 25.

Remote Area Deliveries

• For remote areas within the UAE, an additional AED 10 per shipment will be charged on top of the standard next-day delivery rate.

Weight Policy

• If a parcel exceeds 10 kg, an additional AED 2 per kg will be charged.

Order Cancellations

In case you change your mind regarding the purchase and want to cancel the order, please email us. If your order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

If your order has been shipped such cancellation will not be possible.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not allow returns or exchanges. This is labelled in the item description on each product page.
