Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

In case you change your mind regarding the purchase and want to cancel the order, please email us. If your order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not allow returns or exchanges. This is labelled in the item description on each product page. However, items may still be returned to us if you accidentally received the wrong item in your order. You can reach us b by emailing us at info@drglowed.com.

This does not stop you cancelling a subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account, and nothing further is charged or shipped. What we cannot do is take back a delivery that has already left us. See our cancellation policy for how subscriptions work.
