Subscription terms

What you are signing up for. A subscription on this store is a recurring order. We charge your payment method and ship the same items again on a fixed cycle, until you cancel.

The plans

  • PDRN Skin Programme, AED 479.00 every 8 weeks. Two boxes of STARDUST and two LUNAR night creams in every delivery. The ROLLER is included free in your first delivery only, and it stays yours whatever you decide afterwards.
  • STARDUST Regenerative Serum, AED 379.00 every 8 weeks, two boxes in every delivery.
  • LUNAR Regenerative Face Cream, AED 229.00 every 8 weeks, two tubes in every delivery.

When you are charged

The first charge happens when you place the order. Every following charge happens on the same day of the cycle, eight weeks later, and we ship within our normal dispatch times from that date. Prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout for each delivery.

How to skip, move or cancel

From your account on this site, at any time, without calling or writing to anyone. You can skip a delivery, move it to a later date, or cancel the subscription outright. If you prefer, write to info@drglowed.com and we do it for you.

The cut-off

Changes take effect on any delivery that has not been charged yet. Once a delivery has been charged and prepared, that one goes out: you can still cancel, and the cancellation applies from the delivery after it. We email you a reminder before each renewal, so you always have time to act.

If a payment fails

We retry the charge. If it keeps failing we pause the subscription and write to you. We never ship an unpaid delivery.

If we change the price

We write to you at least 14 days before a renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before it is charged.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Because these are cosmetics, we cannot take back a delivery that has already shipped, but nothing obliges you to receive the next one: cancel and it stops.
