How to use it, and what is in it

  1. Morning. Clean skin, then three or four drops of STARDUST pressed into face and neck until it disappears.
  2. Wait about a minute, then LUNAR on top. A pea is enough for the whole face.
  3. Evening. The same two steps, in the same order, after cleansing.
  4. One ampoule lasts roughly a week. Once it is open, use it, do not save it.
  5. Optional, once or twice a week: the ROLLER on clean dry skin before the serum. Never on active breakouts.

The questions everyone asks us

What is the difference between the three options?

Two of them are one-time purchases: the four-week programme and the eight-week programme. Nothing repeats, nothing to cancel. The third is the subscription, which is the eight-week programme on repeat, delivered every eight weeks, and it is the only one that includes the ROLLER free.

Why does the subscription include the ROLLER?

Because it is the part of the routine most people are curious about and never get round to buying, and it makes the serum go further. It arrives in your first delivery, free, and it stays yours whatever you decide afterwards.

Why every eight weeks?

Because eight weeks is the programme. One delivery carries the whole thing, and the next one arrives as you are finishing it. Skin changes on that timescale, and the usual reason a routine fails is the gap between running out and remembering to reorder.

Four weeks or twelve?

Four weeks is where texture and tone start to move, so it is the honest minimum for judging it. Twelve is where the change holds instead of fading when you stop. If you are deciding, the eight-week path is the one that gets tested properly.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Whenever you like, from your account. Skip a delivery, move the date, or stop entirely. No notice period, no fee, and nobody will call you to talk you out of it.

Do I have to use both products?

They are built to go together and the promise is about the pair, not about one ingredient. The serum brings the actives, the cream keeps them in and rebuilds the barrier.

Is this the same as the salmon DNA injections?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. A clinic puts PDRN under the skin with a needle. This goes on top of it, every day, for weeks. Same ingredient family, completely different route, and it is worth being clear about that before you buy.

How long before I see something?

Comfort changes first, usually inside the first two weeks: less tightness by the afternoon. Texture and tone are a four-week story, which is exactly why the shortest programme is four weeks.

Can I use it on sensitive or reactive skin?

Yes, and that is what it was built for. No fragrance, no alcohol, no essential oils, no acids and no retinoids. If your skin is currently reacting to something else, start with the cream alone for a few days.

Why does it cost more than the Korean serums I find everywhere?

Two reasons. The concentration of PDRN and the exosome complex are at the level Korean clinics use after procedures, not the level of a mass market serum. And the format is sealed ampoules rather than one bottle that oxidises on your shelf.

Do I have to use the ROLLER?

No. The programme works on its own, applied morning and evening. The ROLLER is a once or twice a week extra, and since it comes free with the subscription you can decide for yourself without paying to find out.
